The four broad categories
Inside cabins have no window and are the most affordable way to sail. Sea view cabins add a window. Balcony cabins add private outdoor space. Suites add more room and, often, extra perks.
Cruise lines use their own names for each category; our voyage pages show the names and details published for that sailing.
- Inside: no window, the most affordable way to sail
- Sea view: a window with natural light
- Balcony: your own outdoor space for coffee and sunsets
- Suite: more room and, often, perks beyond the cabin itself
How to compare on AdultsOnly.Cruises
On each voyage page, choose the number of adults and compare categories side by side. We show a fare only when it's current and published for that exact occupancy — if there isn't one, we say "Check current fare" instead of guessing.
Selecting a category is a preference, not a reservation. The specific cabin is confirmed by the authorized travel seller during booking.
Choosing the right cabin
If you plan to be out exploring all day, an inside cabin can be great value. Long voyages with many sea days are where a balcony earns its price.
Frequently asked questions
Is a balcony cabin worth it?
On voyages with several sea days, a private balcony adds a lot of relaxed time. On port-heavy trips where you're ashore all day, an inside cabin is often the better value.
Will an inside cabin feel claustrophobic?
Some people love the darkness for sleeping; others miss natural light. If you'll mostly sleep and change there, an inside cabin works well.
How many people can share a cabin?
Occupancy limits vary by category. Check the limit for the category you want before you book.
Can I choose my exact cabin?
Choosing a category on our site is a preference, not a reservation. The specific cabin is confirmed during the official booking process.
