Look at each itinerary's port times too. Virgin says the majority of its voyages feature at least one long stay, which is the evening for dinner ashore.

For the anniversary dinner itself, The Wake is Virgin's steakhouse, with a grand piano and an ornate staircase.
Sip is the ship's Champagne lounge, which also serves afternoon tea. It's a good place to toast before dinner.
Redemption Spa offers couples massages, and Virgin suggests a couples' soak in the thermal suite.
